PEAK EXPERIENCES: Music and Wine (Sunday, April 2, 2017) – What improves your experience of wine? We know that the set and setting affects how well we like a wine, in addition to the craftsmanship that went into the wine's creation. Did you know that music can influence the way wine tastes? Now winemaker-songster Clark Smith shares the possibility that the music you are listening to while drinking that wine will can make it a peak experience or not. His research suggests that certain music can improve the taste of cabernet while other music makes the experience less pleasant. You are invited to explore and drink in music with wine.
