I've just started working over in Sonoma at Benzinger and Imagery wineries.They are both Biodynamic properties.At the very top of their pyramid used to illustrate the eight most important elements of Biodynamics is spirit."Spirit-think of spirit as connection. Wine connects us with the universe through the sun and photosynthesis.Wine connects us to the earth through the roots of the grapevine.Wine connects us to each other in the ritual of sharing good wine, food and appreciation." I would throw in some enjoyable music, as well, for the wholistic human experience.Wine is the perfect social lubricant for the sharing of the passions of life.
