EverythingSpirit
Anything in life can be a point around which one's awareness can focus. Wine works because of it's tastes and smells, but also because of our learned responses to it. Seeing the adults raise a toast; using wine ceremonialy or in a religious setting. Or just knowing which wine we personally enjoy. 
 
What special treats or tastes in your day awaken you to the preciousness of life?  
I don't recall the lyric, but there was a song that said that if you were seeking a miracle, one happens each day at sunrise. I would add to that the song of a bird, or children's laughter.  
 
How do music and art and ________ serve as spiritual access points? 
Music never fails to move me. Art is often too gimmicky. I am caught up in the process. Let's fill in the _____ with "conversation". The trick is to listen, rather than just waiting to talk again. 
 
How could/does pausing to notice and celebrate some facet of life add to the quality of the rest of your life? 
I like to review these "snapshots" repeatedly.
