Stop and smell the...
Stop and smell the roses... or the Cabernet... or perhaps the Sangiovese. The point is, stop and reflect upon what it means to be a sentient being. Feel what it means. Taste what it means. Live in the moment, if just for that moment, and expand your understanding.
